Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Program Manager – Partnerships & Growth to manage and grow strategic relationships with NBFCs and fintech partners. This is a high-impact role involving partner lifecycle management, revenue growth, strategic expansion, and P&L; ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership & Relationship Management
- Own and manage a portfolio of NBFC and fintech partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring high engagement, satisfaction, and retention
Revenue Growth & P&L; Ownership
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across assigned partner accounts
- Own and manage P&L; for the partner portfolio
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across lending, payments, and compliance products
Strategic Growth & Business Expansion
- Analyze partner performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Recommend and launch new products/features aligned with partner requirements
Program Management & Execution
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and integration of partners
- Coordinate with Product, Tech, Operations, and Compliance teams
- Ensure timely delivery and exceptional partner experience
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership
- Present business insights, performance metrics, and growth strategies
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Partnerships, Growth, Business Development, or Key Account Management
- Prior experience in Fintech, Payments, Lending, NBFCs, or Banking
- Strong understanding of financial products, APIs, and fintech integrations
- Proven track record in revenue ownership, target achievement, and P&L; management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
