As we scale aggressively across markets, we are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives across our Growth & Marketing function.


About the Role


We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager – Growth & Marketing who will sit at the nerve centre of our business — connecting sales, product, tech, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact initiatives with speed and precision. This role demands equal parts strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and cross-functional alignment.


What You'll Do


  • Drive end-to-end execution of strategic growth initiatives across sales, product, technology, and marketing — owning timelines, milestones, and delivery outcomes
  • Act as the central coordination layer across functions — facilitating structured reviews, managing dependencies, and keeping stakeholders aligned and accountable
  • Generate data-driven insights through KPI tracking, MIS reporting, and performance dashboards to inform leadership decisions and course corrections
  • Build and implement SOPs, workflow automations, and process frameworks to improve operational efficiency across growth programs
  • Manage special initiatives, partnerships, and cross-functional projects commissioned by leadership — from scoping through to post-program review



What We're Looking For


  • 2–4 years of experience in program management, growth operations, or a cross-functional strategic role — preferably in a fast-growing startup or edtech environment
  • Proven ability to coordinate and drive initiatives across sales, product, and technology teams with clarity and accountability
  • Strong data orientation — comfortable translating numbers and trends into actionable insights and crisp executive-level reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to align teams and influence outcomes without direct authority
  • High ownership mindset with a structured approach to building SOPs, tracking KPIs, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
