About the Role
We’re looking for a highly driven and structured Program Manager to work directly with the CEO’s Office on high-priority cross-functional projects across Growth, Operations, Tech & Product and Learning Experience. This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, takes ownership, and wants accelerated exposure to how a fast-scaling EdTech company operates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Execution & Coordination
- Drive day-to-day execution of strategic projects owned by the CEO’s office.
- Track milestones and dependencies across teams; ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with Growth, Ops, Tech & Product leads for smooth execution.
Build and maintain weekly dashboards, status updates, and executive summaries.
2. Research & Analysis
- Conduct quick turnaround research on markets, competitors, user insights, and internal data.
- Prepare summaries, insights, and recommendations to support CEO-level decisions.
- Write clear internal communication notes, SOP drafts, and project documentation.
Must-Have Skills
- High ownership, strong project management and organizational skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and quick data cuts.
- Good financial understanding and business acumen
- Good written communication and documentation ability.

- A recent business / MBA graduate preferably from a startup-focused business school/program
- A fast learner who enjoys solving problems end-to-end.
- A self-starter who can work with limited oversight.
- Structured, reliable, and obsessed with details.
