Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in Oracle Financial Applications to lead enterprise-scale finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional programs, ensure seamless financial system integrations, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program delivery for Oracle Finance transformation initiatives
Drive implementation and optimization of GL, DRM, FAH, and HFM modules
Collaborate with finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure timely execution
Oversee program planning, risk management, governance, and stakeholder communication
Ensure smooth month-end close processes and compliance with financial controls
Provide executive-level updates and manage cross-functional dependencies
Support cloud migration and OCI-based financial architecture initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
MBA / CA / CPA (Preferred)
Relevant Oracle Finance or Cloud certifications (Good to have)
