We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with over 8 years of expertise in managing large-scale programs, driving strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex programs, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and within budget.
• Develop program strategies, roadmaps, and goals in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate across teams, departments, and stakeholders to achieve program milestones.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure program success.
• Track and report program progress, performance, and impact metrics.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of program management experience, preferably in [technology, healthcare, etc.].
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or other program management software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in PMP or similar program management credentials.
• Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives or strategic planning.
• Knowledge of Life Science/Pharma/Healthcare.
