About the Role

Ekonnect is seeking dynamic professionals who are passionate about sustainability, social impact, and building collaborative ecosystems. The role involves leading and managing sustainability programs, building strategic partnerships, and working closely with NGOs, foundations, corporates, and social organisations to drive meaningful impact.

We are hiring for two levels within the team:

• Program Manager – 10+ years of experience

• Program co-ordinator– 5+ years of experience

Both roles require strong networking abilities, program management expertise, and experience in sustainability consulting and institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sustainability and ESG-related programs from design to execution.
• Build and nurture relationships with NGOs, foundations, corporates, and social sector organisations.
• Develop and manage multi-stakeholder collaborations and partnerships.
• Drive program strategy, implementation, and monitoring to ensure impact and scalability.
• Engage with institutional partners including corporates, donor organisations, and implementing agencies.
• Support sustainability advisory and consulting projects for partner organisations.
• Track program outcomes and ensure timely reporting and documentation.

Eligibility & Experience

Program Manager

• 10+ years of experience in sustainability, CSR, ESG, development sector, or social impact programs.
• Proven experience working with NGOs, foundations, or social organisations.
• Strong institutional engagement and partnership development experience.
• Experience leading large programs, teams, or multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Minimum 3–4 years of sustainability consulting experience.

Program Co-ordinator

• 5+ years of experience in sustainability, CSR, development sector, or social impact initiatives.
• Experience managing programs and partnerships with NGOs or social organisations.
• Strong coordination, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Minimum 2-3 years of sustainability consulting experience preferred.
