Responsibilities

As our Program Manager, you own the crown jewels: our highest-value enterprise accounts. You are the bridge between visionary technology and global execution, driving the Project Management Office (PMO) standards that ensure client success.
Lead the Vanguard: Spearhead end-to-end implementation for high-ticket clients, ensuring our solutions become the heartbeat of their global supply chain management strategy.
Consult and Conquer: Act as a senior consultant, mapping complex SOPs and identifying strategic gaps to turn logistical nightmares into streamlined operations.
Command the Room: Foster deep, long-term relationships with CXOs and COOs, serving as their trusted advisor and leading the change management required for digital adoption.
Shape the Product: Be the "Innovation Catalyst. " Your boots-on-the-ground insights will directly influence our product roadmap, fueling the next generation of GoComet features.

Strategic Implementation And Program Governance

End-to-End Leadership: Oversee the full project lifecycle for high-ticket enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with large-scale corporate objectives.
Process Architecture: Map complex global logistics processes (SOPs, flowcharts) and align them with GoComet's multimodal platform.
Gap and Risk Analysis: Conduct deep-dive gap analyses and provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency for global enterprises.

Enterprise Relationship Management

C-Level Engagement: Foster and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, COOs, and senior supply chain heads.
Onboarding and Health: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise stakeholders, monitoring account health scores and driving high-level product adoption.
Value Realization: Proactively identify business challenges and provide data-driven solutions to maximize the client's ROI and long-term value realization.

Reporting And Cross-Functional Leadership

Executive Reporting: Provide high-level monthly and quarterly status updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
Metric Tracking: Manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including implementation success rates and project delivery quality.
Innovation Catalyst: Work cross-functionally with Product and Tech teams to funnel enterprise-level feedback into the product roadmap.

Requirements

You thrive in high-pressure environments and possess the "emotional intelligence" to navigate complex corporate structures with ease.
The Veteran: You bring 5+ years of experience in program management or management consulting, specifically within enterprise software and SaaS environments.
The Strategist: You have a mastery of project methodologies (JIRA, Asana, and Trello) and a data-driven mind that finds the "story" inside complex data sets.
The Communicator: You possess elite stakeholder management skills and can present high-level insights to executive audiences with confidence.
The Toolmaster: You are highly proficient in MS Excel and enterprise documentation. Bonus Points
Deep expertise in the global logistics and supply chain management industry.
Proven track record in digital transformation or business process automation for Fortune 500 companies.
Familiarity with CRM ecosystems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
