LaBike (Lab On Bike)
LaBike(Lab on bike) is a unique concept that combines mobility and healthcare. It is a laboratory on a motorbike equipped with necessary diagnostic equipment, such as a portable biochemistry lab, digital microscope, urine analyzer, BMI monitor, bio-waste management facilities, onboard power backup, and a GPS tracker. Over 100 different types of tests can be performed with LaBike. Accuster Technologies’ innovative approach aims to bring diagnostics closer to people, especially in remote and underserved areas.
Its portability and comprehensive diagnostic capabilities make it suitable for last-mile care, providing services to people’s doorsteps, as well as to subcenters, primary health centers (PHCs), health and wellness centers (HWCs), and community health centers (CHCs).
Role Overview
Labike is seeking an experienced, hands-on Program Director – Medical Camps (Field Operations) to lead the end-to-end planning, mapping, execution, and management of medical camps. This is a field-intensive leadership role requiring strong execution capability, proactive problem-solving, and complete ownership of on-ground delivery.
The role combines strategic planning with direct field execution, ensuring medical camps are delivered efficiently, safely, within budget, and with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Mapping
Lead planning and execution strategy for Labike medical camps
Conduct location mapping, feasibility assessments, and deployment planning
Develop timelines, execution plans, and coordination frameworks
Field Execution & Operations
Own complete on-ground execution of medical camps
Oversee camp setup, staffing, logistics, patient flow, and closure
Personally supervise critical and high-impact camps
Ensure adherence to medical protocols, quality standards, and timelines
Risk Management & Compliance
Identify medical, operational, logistical, and environmental risks
Implement risk mitigation and contingency plans
Ensure compliance with medical guidelines, safety norms, and local regulations
Handle escalations and crisis situations proactively
Procurement & Vendor Management
Manage procurement of medical equipment, consumables, logistics, and services
Identify, onboard, negotiate, and manage vendors and partners
Ensure cost control while maintaining quality standards
Hiring & Team Leadership
Lead hiring of field coordinators, medical staff, and support teams
Build, train, and manage high-performing execution teams
Drive accountability, discipline, and performance in field operations
Budgeting & Reporting
Own budgets for medical camps and field operations
Track expenses and ensure financial discipline
Prepare execution reports, impact summaries, and management updates
Medical Background / Qualifications
Mandatory (Any One):
MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS / Nursing (B.Sc / GNM/Paramedic) with strong field operations experience
OR
Optional – Postgraduate qualification in Public Health / Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management (MPH, MHA, PGDHM, or equivalent)
Experience-Based Alternative
Non-medical graduates with 12–18+ years of proven experience in medical camps, public health programs, NGO/CSR healthcare initiatives may be considered
Must demonstrate strong understanding of medical workflows, patient safety, and compliance
Experience & Skills
12–18+ years of experience in healthcare field operations or public health programs
Proven experience in medical camps execution
Strong leadership, planning, and vendor management skills
High comfort with travel and field-based work
Proactive, execution-focused, and accountable
Compensation
₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month
