Key Responsibilities Participates in formulation and implementation of the philosophies and objectives of College of Nursing Curriculum planning, developing and execution evaluation and curriculum revision. Select and organise learning experience which are in accordance with objectives Collaborate with other faculty in course development Plan and execute the admission procedure Orienting the students to the new course Planning and implementation of academic and field experience with nursing service and allied groups. Participates in university, professional and community service activities. Scheduling and assisting in faculty development programs Maintains and uses adequate and accurate records pertaining to academics and students Measure?s effectiveness of instruction by use of appropriate assessment strategies. Guides the students in conducting seminars, discussions, and presentations. Co- ordinates with external faculty for various courses as assigned. Performs as a guide in research project. Act as a mentor to colleagues Daily reporting to Principal/Vice Principal Receiving regular feedback from the Junior faculty. Preparing academic checklist for monitoring and evaluation Supervision of demonstration and clinical supervision of the students.
