Professor of Computer Science

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Professor of Computer Science. The professor will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality computer science courses, developing curriculum materials, mentoring learners, and providing academic support. Areas of focus will include programming, data science, and cybersecurity, with an emphasis on innovative and effective teaching methodologies to engage diverse learners. Regular evaluation of learner performance and adapting teaching methods will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of teaching experience related to Python Programming, Data Science, Digital Logic
• PH.D is Mandatory
• Only Professors can apply
• Strong expertise in Computer Science concepts and principles
• Proficiency in Programming languages and tools
• Experience in Data Science and Cybersecurity
• Proven ability in Curriculum Development and course planning
• Demonstrated teaching or mentorship experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in conducting online classes and using digital learning platforms
