As a Professional Secretary, you will support corporate and business operations, coordinate team activities, prepare analyses, participate in projects, and independently manage processes and systems. This role goes far beyond traditional administration — you will be a key contributor to decision‑making and business execution.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Administrative support- Manage calendars, organize meetings, coordinate correspondence
- Communication liaison- Ensure clear, effective communication between the Retail Head and internal/external stakeholders
- Project coordination- Support planning and execution of retail projects, track progress, collaborate with cross‑functional teams
- Confidentiality management- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Operational coordination- Oversee retail processes and systems, ensure continuous monitoring and follow‑up
- Collect and organize information for planning and project preparation
- Prepare analyses, identify trends, and propose improvements
- Support decision‑making by preparing action plans and review materials
- Independently manage processes and systems, prepare detailed reports
- Monitor market and business trends, provide insights and recommendations
- University degree
- Relevant experience in a role where you supported daily operations, coordinated tasks independently, or worked closely with leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent problem‑solving and prioritization skills
- Digital proficiency- ERP/CRM systems, MS Office, online meeting platforms
- Fluent business English
- Advantage- any CEE language, retail industry experience
- Direct collaboration with the Head of Retail
