Job Title: Technical Service Engineer – Solar & Storage After-Sales

Location: Ahmadabad, India

Role Summary:

Support after-sales service for solar inverters and battery storage systems. Handle troubleshooting, on-site repairs, warranty claims, and customer training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair grid-tied, off-grid, and hybrid inverters (faults, communication errors, firmware updates).
• Manage RMA process: inspection, replacement, and spare parts inventory.
• Provide on-site commissioning and technical support across India (travel required).
• Train local installers and partners on inverter installation and maintenance.
• Document service cases and report failure analysis to engineering teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on inverter after-sales service experience (solar inverters mandatory).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Willing to travel up to 40% within India.
• Good English communication; Hindi/Gujarati a plus.
