Role Description The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth operations, timely output, and adherence to quality standards. This full-time, on-site position is based in Preet Vihar and involves managing production teams, monitoring workflow, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. Daily tasks include planning and organizing production schedules, allocating resources, tracking performance metrics, and resolving operational issues. The role also requires enforcing safety and compliance guidelines, optimizing processes for efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Production Supervisor collaborates closely with management to meet production targets and enhance overall productivity.

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and staff development.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Production Planning and Production Schedules to manage timelines, resources, and workload allocation.
• Candidates should possess solid Production Management capabilities to oversee processes, maintain quality standards, and drive operational efficiency.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members, management, and other departments.
• Relevant experience in a production or operations environment, preferably in a multi-vertical or service-oriented organization.
• Ability to analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Knowledge of safety standards, compliance requirements, and best practices in production operations.
• Diploma or degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
