Reddonatura is a sustainability-driven engineering company specializing in manufacturing innovative waste-to-energy, biogas, and renewable energy solutions. As we expand our manufacturing capabilities, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our factory floor operations and drive production excellence.

• Supervise daily machine shop and fabrication activities, including lathe, milling, drilling, machining, and welding operations.
• Lead and manage fitters, machinists, welders, and shop floor personnel to achieve production targets.
• Plan, schedule, and execute production orders as per customer requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and assembly details.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and 5S workplace practices.
• Optimize the use of Stainless Steel (SS), Mild Steel (MS), and other production materials.
• Implement SOPs, production systems, and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principles.
• Introduce and implement a basic ERP system for inventory, tooling, consumables, and production tracking.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve productivity, quality, and teamwork.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly KPI and production reports for management.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in manufacturing, machining, fabrication, or heavy engineering.
• Strong knowledge of lathe operations, machining, welding, fabrication, and shop floor management.
• Experience in production planning, manpower management, and inventory control.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and mechanical tolerances.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with experience in Mechanical Engineering Services or Technical Corps are encouraged to apply.
