Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor in Electronics Manufacturing, based in Navi Mumbai. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, manage production planning, ensure adherence to production schedules, and maintain smooth workflow. The role also involves supervising production teams, troubleshooting operational issues, and supporting quality and efficiency improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI in Electronics
• Atleast 5 years of total work experience
• Experience of handling large teams of soldering technicians and related staff
• In depth understanding of quality management processes
• Good know how about line configuration and production engineering
• Good working knowledge of production planning and quality control
