Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Supervisor role based in Mehsana. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily shop-floor operations, ensure adherence to production schedules, and coordinate resources to meet output and quality targets. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, assigning tasks to team members, resolving operational issues, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves reviewing work orders, tracking material usage, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and reporting production performance to management. The Production Supervisor will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, support training of production staff, and help optimize workflow and productivity.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and workload allocation.
• Experience managing production schedules and coordinating daily production activities.
• Proficiency in production planning and resource optimization in a manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication skills for working with shop-floor teams, engineering, and management.
• Hands-on experience in production management, including quality, safety, and process control.
• Understanding of modular fabrication or heavy engineering environments is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, or Production Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Mehsana, manage multiple priorities, and use basic MS Office tools.
