Job Description

The role of a Production Supervisor is pivotal in ensuring that manufacturing operations run seamlessly and efficiently. As a Production Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate activities within the production area, encompassing both personnel and equipment. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of production management processes and Lean methodology.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively to achieve production targets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in resolving production issues.
• Solid communication skills to effectively interact with teams and management.
