Job Title: Production Manager – Luxury Menswear

Location: Udyog Vihar , Gurgaon

Experience Required: 6–9+ Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee end-to-end production operations for luxury menswear. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tailoring workflows, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to manage vendors and ensure timely delivery of high-end garments.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution
Develop and manage production schedules in alignment with business timelines and seasonal collections
Ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet production targets without compromising quality
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to defined standards and timelines
Quality Control & Assurance
Maintain stringent quality checks at every stage of production, from fabric selection to final finishing
Ensure all garments meet luxury brand standards in terms of fit, finish, and craftsmanship
Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions proactively
Vendor & Tailor Coordination
Collaborate closely with external vendors, workshops, and in-house tailoring teams
Ensure clear communication of design specifications, measurements, and finishing requirements
Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong, long-term relationships
Sampling & Development Management
Oversee the sampling process from concept to final prototype
Coordinate with designers and pattern makers to ensure accurate execution of designs
Ensure timely approvals and iterations of samples
Delivery & Timeline Management
Track production progress and ensure on-time delivery of finished garments
Address any delays or bottlenecks in the production cycle efficiently
Coordinate logistics and dispatch to ensure seamless delivery

Requirements

6–9+ years of experience in luxury menswear production
Strong knowledge of tailoring techniques, garment construction, and production workflows
Proven experience in managing vendors, artisans, and production units
Exceptional attention to detail with a quality-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Strong communication and coordination skills
