Indicut Lifestyle is a modern apparel manufacturing company based in Surat, specializing in kurtis, ethnic suits, co-ord sets, and Indo-western garments. We combine traditional textile craftsmanship with modern production systems to manufacture for leading fashion brands across India.

We are looking for a Production Process Manager who can streamline manufacturing operations, improve efficiency, and implement structured processes across departments.

Role Overview

The Production Process Manager will be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end garment manufacturing workflow, from fabric inward to final dispatch. The role requires someone who understands factory operations, process improvement, production planning, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the entire production process from fabric inward to finishing and dispatch
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments
• Improve production efficiency, line balancing, and workflow optimization
• Coordinate with cutting, stitching, finishing, and logistics teams
• Track daily production targets and output
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout production
• Work closely with management to introduce technology and automation in manufacturing

Requirements

• 3–8 years experience in garment manufacturing or apparel production management
• Strong understanding of garment production flow (fabric → cutting → stitching → finishing)
• Experience in process improvement, production planning, or industrial engineering
• Ability to manage factory teams and improve operational efficiency
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or production systems is a plus

Preferred

• Experience working in ethnic wear / women’s apparel manufacturing
• Familiarity with ERP systems or manufacturing software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
