Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with 10–15 years of experience in kitchen

cabinets or furniture manufacturing to lead factory production operations. The ideal candidate must currently be working in a factory/manufacturing setup and possess hands-on experience in managing end-to-end production, production planning, quality, manpower, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end production operations in the manufacturing facility.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to achieve delivery timelines.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and production capacity.
• Drive productivity improvements while maintaining high quality standards.
• Supervise shop floor operations and ensure smooth workflow across all production stages.
• Coordinate with Design, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Dispatch teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor production KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and manufacturing best practices.
• Lead and mentor production supervisors and shop floor teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and waste reduction.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 10–15 years of production experience in Kitchen Cabinets, Modular Kitchen, Cabinetry, Furniture, or Wood Manufacturing.
• Must be currently working in a factory/manufacturing setup.
• Proven experience managing shop floor operations and factory production teams.
• Strong understanding of woodworking and furniture manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience in production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and quality control.
• Experience in handling production targets, manpower planning, and inventory coordination.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of CNC machines, panel saws, edge banding, drilling, routing, assembly, and finishing processes.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, or a related discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates from Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturing, Modular Furniture Manufacturing, Office Furniture Manufacturing, Residential Furniture Manufacturing, Interior Fit-Out Manufacturing, or Wood Products Manufacturing companies will be preferred.
• Must have experience managing production in a factory environment with responsibility for quality, productivity, safety, and timely delivery.
