This is for someone who gets excited by questions like:

How do you produce customized clothing at scale without losing precision?

How do you rethink manufacturing systems instead of repeating old ones?

How do you build processes that actually evolve with technology?

We’re working with a tech-enabled customized fashion platform building for the mainstream global market — and looking for someone who wants to help shape what modern garment manufacturing can become.

You should be:

– Technically strong in garment manufacturing

– Deeply hands-on on the shopfloor

– Curious about innovation in garment technology

– Excited by solving complex production challenges

– Comfortable breaking away from traditional assembly-line thinking

#GMT or #BFTech from #NIFT or equivalent is important.

But the bigger differentiator is mindset.

This role is for someone who doesn’t just want a factory job.

They want to build something new. Something scalable. Something that lasts.
