🚀 We’re Hiring at Technymon⁠ Technology India in Dharwad Karnataka

As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced professionals to join our team in the following areas with excellent growth prospects:
🔹 Production Management
🔹 Operations
🔹 Quality
🔹 PPC (Production Planning & Control)
🔹 Human Resources
We are especially interested in candidates with experience in the Automotive Industry and Tier-1 Supplier environments.
✅ Preferred Background: • Automotive manufacturing experience
• Exposure to OEM / Tier-1 systems and processes
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Quality Systems, and ERP-based operations
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments
✅ Experience in areas such as: • IATF 16949
• APQP / PPAP / FMEA / SPC
• Production Planning & Scheduling
• Shop Floor Operations
• Team Management
• HR & Manufacturing Workforce Management
