Production Incharge (Robotics)

Key Responsibilities 1. Production Planning & Control ? Plan daily production activities and ensure alignment with delivery targets ? Coordinate with stores and purchase team for material availability 2. Team Supervision ? Supervise floor staff, technicians, and machine operators? Allocate manpower and shift duties 3. Process Monitoring & Reporting ? Maintain daily production logs, quality records, and performance KPIs ? Identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions 4. Coordination with Quality & R&D Teams ? Collaborate with QC and design teams to resolve production issues ? Ensure design compliance in assemblies and fittings Key Requirements ? Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering ? 3?6 years of production line experience, preferably in hardware or robotics ? Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills ? Basic understanding of lean manufacturing
