Job Description:

As a Production Engineering Specialist at Kia India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the production processes within our Engine manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for analyzing production workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and product quality. Your expertise will contribute to the optimization of manufacturing systems and processes, ensuring that production goals are met while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement production processes and workflows that maximize efficiency.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions for process improvement.
- Utilize data analysis tools to monitor production metrics and propose corrective actions as necessary.
- Engage in root cause analysis to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Support the introduction of new products by providing engineering guidance on manufacturability and process design.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the production process.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and equipment.

- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Minitab, or similar.
- Understanding of ERP systems to integrate production planning and inventory management processes.
