Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the production process to meet quality and delivery targets
• Plan and manage production schedules and resources efficiently
• Supervise daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring safety and process compliance
• Drive improvements in productivity and product quality
• Monitor and analyse production KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the Design, Quality, and Maintenance teams for new product introductions, quality assurance, and equipment upkeep

Requirements:

• 3–8 years of total experience in a manufacturing or production role
• Expertise in production planning, operations, and shop floor management
• Working knowledge of lean practices and quality systems
• Leadership and decision-making ability
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
