Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based in Sadar. The Production Engineer will oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with quality requirements. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring process performance, and implementing improvements to increase output and reduce waste. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues, supporting maintenance teams in equipment reliability, and preparing reports on production metrics and performance. The Production Engineer will collaborate closely with operations and management to align production targets with project timelines and client specifications.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Production Engineering, with practical experience in manufacturing or industrial automation environments.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving.
• Experience in Production Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
• Knowledge of Quality Control practices, standards, and tools to maintain consistent product and process quality.
• Effective Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, documenting processes, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
• Familiarity with automation systems, PLC/SCADA environments, and heavy engineering processes is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Sadar, manage multiple tasks, and uphold safety and compliance standards.
