As a Senior Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and maintenance of our Content Management System (CMS) and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a full-time position located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the production and maintenance of the CMS, ensuring its availability, reliability, and performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any production issues Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the CMS Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation Train and mentor junior production engineers, providing guidance and support as needed Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on the status of the CMS Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in the banking or financial services industry Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems, specifically in a banking environment Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell Familiarity with database management and SQL Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team player with the ability to lead and mentor others If you are a highly motivated and skilled production engineer with a passion for technology and a desire to work in the banking industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at IDFC FIRST Bank.
