About the Role

Spread Home is looking for an experienced and highly organized Production & Dispatch Manager to oversee end-to-end production planning and dispatch operations for our home linen business.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, production scheduling, quality control, and timely dispatch management.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

Plan and supervise daily production activities to ensure timely completion of orders.

Coordinate with stitching, finishing, packing, and quality teams for smooth workflow.

Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.

Dispatch 

Manage dispatch planning and shipment scheduling as per delivery timelines.

Ensure accurate packing, labeling, invoicing, and dispatch documentation.

Team Management

Supervise production staff and dispatch executives.

Ensure products meet company quality standards before dispatch.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in Home Linen / Textile / Furnishing industry.

Strong understanding of production planning and dispatch operations.

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in bedsheets, comforters, cushions, towels, related home textile products.
