Job Details

The Production Coordinator is responsible in meeting production schedules while maintaining quality and process standards for completed work.

Hours: 1st shift 6am-330pm
Days: Monday-Friday

Job Requirements:

• Perform inspection of parts at receiving, in‑process, and final stages.
• Ensure production schedules align with customer due dates.
• Assist with processing and tracking production orders.
• Conduct quality assurance activities throughout all phases of production.
• Receive and inspect incoming products, including:
• Greeting customers at the service counter
• Receiving shipments from carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• Verifying purchase order details (part numbers, quantities, etc.)
• Performing visual inspections for damage or prior processing
• Confirming part quantities
• Staging items on receiving shelves
• Read blueprints
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or aerospace environments
• Support vendor coordination and communicate basic performance or quality metrics to the department.
• Maintain accurate documentation, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and use basic computer systems for tracking and reporting. (MICROMETERS, CALIPERS, GAGES)
