Role overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Assistant who will support end-to-end shoot execution while also contributing to influencer marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both on-ground production work and digital campaign coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and managing all activities during shoot days
• Organize products, props and shoot requirements as per plan
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams for smooth shoot execution
• Support scheduling of models, photographers and cinematographers
• Maintain records of shoot schedules, resources and deliverables
• Assist in identifying and onboarding relevant influencers
• Coordinate with influencers for content creation, timelines and deliverables
• Support execution of influencer marketing campaigns
• Help track campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Maintain relationships with influencers and external partners
• Act as a coordination link between creative, marketing and production teams
• Assist in content planning and execution for campaigns
• Stay updated on social media trends and content formats

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Visual Communication or related field
• Basic understanding of production workflows and influencer marketing strategies
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube
• Strong communication (verbal & written) and coordination skills
• Good decision-making, problem-solving and critical thinking ability
• Strong observation and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
• Prior exposure to media production, shoots or influencer marketing is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow in both production and digital marketing domains
