Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Product Test Specialist with 5 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Jenkins .Net NetworX CAE Selenium Core Java and Facets. Experience in the Claims domain is a plus. This hybrid role involves day shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will contribute to ensuring the quality and reliability of our products impacting both the company and society positively. Responsibilities Conduct thorough testing of products using Jenkins .Net and Selenium to ensure quality and performance. Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and design test plans accordingly. Utilize Core Java and CAE to develop automated test scripts that enhance testing efficiency. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making. Identify document and track defects using NetworX and ensure timely resolution. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve product quality and maintainability. Work closely with the Claims domain team to understand specific requirements and tailor testing strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all testing activities. Maintain and update test environments to reflect the latest product versions and configurations. Provide support and guidance to junior team members in testing methodologies and tools. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest testing technologies and trends. Contribute to process improvements and innovation within the testing team. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration. Qualifications Demonstrate proficiency in Jenkins .Net and Selenium for effective product testing. Exhibit strong skills in Core Java and CAE for developing robust automated test scripts. Possess experience in NetworX and Facets for defect tracking and management. Show familiarity with the Claims domain to enhance testing strategies. Display excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving issues. Have strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Certifications Required ISTQB Certified Tester Selenium Certification
