Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Product Support Specialist at ACE. The Product Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving customer inquiries, conducting diagnostics, and ensuring product uptime. Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, collaborating with other teams for service enhancements, maintaining accurate records, and following up on open issues with customers. This role requires a problem-solving mindset, customer-centric approach, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service support.

Qualifications

  • Product Support and strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to address client concerns and inquiries professionally.
  • Excellent Communication skills for providing clear solutions and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in the construction equipment or material handling industry is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with a focus on problem resolution.
