Profile- Product Sourcing* Experience- 4-7 years* Key Responsibilities: * ?? Sourcing & Vendor Development Identify and onboard reliable suppliers from different locations (domestic & international) for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods Assess vendor capabilities, MOQs, production capacity, certifications, and trade terms Maintain vendor master data, price trackers, and commercial terms ?? Commercial Negotiation & Terms Negotiate product pricing, payment terms, lead times, and logistics costs Evaluate trade-offs between cost, quality, and delivery timelines Ensure transparency and documentation in all vendor transactions ?? Packaging & Product Configuration Coordinate with vendors and packaging teams on material selection, artwork adaptation, printing specs, and final assembly Monitor and approve packaging prototypes and first lots before scaling production Understand cost structures of packaging (primary, secondary, tertiary) ?? New Product Development (NPD) Support Work closely with product, R&D, and marketing teams for launch timelines Drive sourcing timelines aligned to product go-live dates Handle NPD-related commercial operations ? from costing sheets to vendor agreements ?? Compliance & Documentation Ensure all sourcing activities comply with internal quality, legal, and environmental standards Maintain contracts, NDAs, purchase orders, and packaging compliance documents (BIS, FSSAI, etc., as applicable) Key Requirements: * 3?7 years of experience in sourcing/procurement, preferably in FMCG, personal care, beauty, or wellness industries Strong network of vendors and manufacturers across different regions Understanding of vendor behavior, seasonal factors, negotiation levers, and delivery risks Preferred Skills: * Experience sourcing from China, Southeast Asia, or regional Indian hubs (Local markets) Knowledge of customs/import processes and local compliance requirements Detail-oriented with strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills Skills: vendor development,sourcing,purchase planning,procurement,npd,vendor negotiation
