Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Product Sales Manager with proven experience in IT product sales . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the technology landscape, excellent client-handling abilities, and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. This role demands a professional who can manage the end-to-end sales cycle ?from lead generation to deal closure?while maintaining long-term client relationships and driving business growth. Location: Ahmedabad ?? Experience: 5+ years ?? Salary: Up to ?1,00,000 per month (based on experience & skills) ?? Employment Type: Full-time | On-site Key Responsibilities Drive sales and revenue growth for the company?s IT products and solutions. Identify and target potential clients in relevant sectors through research, networking, and market mapping. Understand client requirements and present appropriate product demonstrations and customized solutions . Manage the entire sales process ?from prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Conduct market research to identify new trends, competition, and growth opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies and sales campaigns . Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates . Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights. Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings as required. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred). 4?5 years of proven experience in IT product sales or software solution sales . Strong knowledge of SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven products . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical aspects of products and explain them to clients effectively. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong problem-solving attitude and client-centric approach. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems.
