Designation: Product & Sales Head - Credit Solutions

Reporting to: Business Head - Fleet Solutions

Location: Chennai (On-site)

Experience: 10+ Years

Preferred industry: Fintech, Banking, NBFC, Transportation & Logistics


About the role - The client is a digital freight platform for commercial vehicle owners. They enable collaboration between truck owners, shippers, financial institutions, OEs, OMCs, garages, and ASCs to improve access to freight, finance, fuel, service, and vehicle uptime. The Product & Sales Head – Credit Solutions will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the client's business, including product strategy, partnerships, go-to-market, sales execution, and P&L.


KRAs -

1. Product Strategy & Development - Define product vision, roadmap, and innovation strategy for credit and supply chain financing solutions, conceptualize and launch new credit products for truck owners, fleet operators, and logistics partner

2. Sales & Revenue Growth - Own sales targets, revenue growth, and product penetration for credit solutions, build and execute scalable sales strategies across direct, channel, and partner-led models

3. Financial Institution & Partner Management - Establish and deepen partnerships with banks, NBFCs, fintech, OEM captives, and other lenders, negotiate commercial terms, credit programs, SLAs, and risk-sharing structures

4. Go-to-Market & Scaling - Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing credit products, track market response, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to refine GTM plans.

5. P&L Ownership - Full P&L responsibility for the Credit Solutions business

6. Team Leadership - Build and lead cross-functional teams spanning product, sales, partnerships, and operations


Requirements -

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience scaling credit or lending products with strong revenue ownership
  • Deep understanding of commercial vehicle financing, supply chain finance, or logistics ecosystem
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and growth mindset
