Product Manager / Product Owner – Banking Digital Products

Location: Chennai (Preferred) | Bangalore | Hyderabad

Experience: 6 – 13 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Product Managers / Product Owners with a strong background in consumer-facing digital banking products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and delivering product vision, driving digital transformation initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable and impactful banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with business, compliance, operations, and technology teams to execute product initiatives
• Lead Agile / SAFe Agile ceremonies and ensure end-to-end product delivery
• Prioritise backlog and manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Drive development of customer-centric, consumer-facing digital applications
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements within the banking domain

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in banking digital products
• Strong exposure to customer-facing / consumer applications
• Hands-on experience with Agile / SAFe Agile methodologies (end-to-end)
• Expertise in backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and functions
  
  

Education (Mandatory)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (BE / BTech / ME / MTech) OR
• MBA or equivalent qualification
  
  

Preferred Certifications

• SAFe PO/PM
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• Certified Product Manager (CPM)
  
  

Candidate Preference

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
