• 3+ years of product ownership or product management in fast-paced environments
• Strong UX intuition and a passion for clean, simple, effective user experiences
• Sharp analytical thinking and the ability to prioritize with clarity
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort working with technical teams and understanding tradeoffs
