Role

Logistics within our company plays a critical role in enabling an open, scalable, and democratic digital commerce ecosystem. It serves two primary functions:

• Independent Logistics Service: Any brand or business can tap into the logistics network to procure delivery services seamlessly.
• Ecosystem Enabler: Logistics powers mission of democratising digital commerce by helping sellers and seller apps access a wide logistics ecosystem for improved reach, operational efficiency, and growth.
  
  

We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to own and operationalise Logistics protocol. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of business, technology, and ecosystem enablement, ensuring that logistics protocol/ (APIs) are designed, enhanced, and implemented in a way that enables scale, interoperability, and ecosystem growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the operationalization of logistics protocol by translating business needs into scalable, well-implemented API changes across the ecosystem.
• Work closely with business and network participants to understand real-world use cases and constraints.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization within existing protocols.
• Convert business requirements into clear, implementable API specifications and workflows.
• Act as the primary liaison between business, network participants, and engineering teams for protocol-related initiatives
• Ensure timely and correct implementation of protocol changes across the network participants
• Liaise with engineering teams on API definitions, integrations, and solution design to ensure interoperability and scalability.
• Track KPIs, performance metrics across network participants and drive continuous improvements. Ideal Candidate
• Product operations or solution-oriented professional with strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system-level workflows
• Ability to understand and design system-level workflows across multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience working with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems
• Ability to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and solving industry-scale problems rather than building a single product
• Strong communication skills to work across tech, business, and external stakeholders Basic
  
  

Qualifications

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a product centric role Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with the Indian digital commerce landscape
• Experience of working in fast paced environments
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Self-motivated, works well independently
