Product Merchandiser

Job Title: Production Merchandiser

We are looking for a Production Merchandiser who shares our obsession with perfection and can manage the intricate production journey of high-fashion and bridal couture, from confirmed order to final delivery.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end order lifecycle — from T&A plan creation to shipment documentation.
• Serve as the central coordination point across production, sampling, sourcing, and ateliers.
• Track and expedite approvals for fabrics, trims, embellishments, and prototypes.
• Monitor production progress daily, proactively flagging risks and resolving bottlenecks before they cascade.
• Uphold the quality benchmarks that define the Gaurav Gupta Couture signature — zero tolerance for compromise.
• Communicate buyer feedback and internal updates with clarity and timeliness.
• Maintain meticulous order files, MIS reports, and shipping records.

Who you are

• Graduate in Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, or Textile Design.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in high-fashion garment manufacturing, a couture house, or a luxury boutique environment.
• Fluent in T&A planning, sampling workflows, and production follow-up rhythms.
• Comfortable with MS Excel for tracking, reporting, and MIS management.
• A communicator who keeps every stakeholder — buyer, vendor, or craftsperson — aligned and informed.
