JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation- Product Manager

Location- Ghaziabad HO. Shall be a resident of Ghaziabad or nearby Ghaziabad.

Salary- 7-12 Lakhs per annum

Qualification- Graduation in Life Sciences viz. B.Sc. (Bio or Biotech. Etc.)/ B. Pharma Plus M.B.A./PGDM (Essential)

Experience- 5-6 years in Product Management Team job Functions in a Veterinary Pharmaceuticals Company with the same job role & responsibilities.

Skills & Competencies Required:

· Candidates must have excellent communication & Interpersonal skills,

· Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & Email

· Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a challenging environment

· Multi-tasking and time-management skills

· Creative Thinker and fast execution

Job Description

1. To Plan & Execute the Marketing Promotional Strategies & ensure implementation of the same by sales team with the objective of product-wise sales targets achievement as per the business plan.

2. To coordinate all Promotional material through the team & ensure its effective utilization by the field team.

3. Design marketing campaigns/ Field Activities to influence relevant customers as per product behavior and market potential.

4. To coordinate customer gatherings in the field & at Veterinary colleges. Also, Kisan mela, Scientific exhibitions participation coordination.

5. Gathering competitors' strategies information by creating a market Intelligence concept amongst the team and creating our own company strategies, product USPs, and product positioning accordingly to snatch market share.

6. To coordinate in-field & classroom training for the sales team to enhance their technical and product knowledge

7. Sending regular product-wise analysis to the field team& procuring their product-wise plans/strategy for further monthly product-wise objectives achievement.

8. Field work for supporting the sales team and conducting technical interactions with different customers and mass awareness activities for 12-15 days.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
