Product Manager — US Stocks

As a Product Manager – US Stocks, you will drive, develop, and scale the US Stocks vertical at INDmoney, ensuring delivery of a world-class user experience. Your goal will be to optimize conversion funnels and create a frictionless user journey. You must be customer-obsessed, able to clearly identify problem statements and gaps, and translate them into executable solutions.

This role requires close collaboration with Engineers, Architects, UX Designers, and business stakeholders, using technology and data to deliver measurable impact on consumers’ lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deeply understand customer needs and gaps in Onboarding, Banking, and Activation, and translate them into well-articulated development requirements and scalable solutions.
• Interpret multiple use cases, writing complex user stories and workflows.
• Leverage data and analytics to iterate product and platform development.
• Collaborate with product designers, UX specialists, back-end engineers, and mobile app developers to bring requirements to life.
• Recommend the nature and scope of current and future products/projects by reviewing specifications, requirements, and market trends, then creating an execution roadmap.
• Constantly monitor and optimize user funnels to improve conversion and retention.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical, operational, and regulatory risks.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years managing consumer tech products.
• Education:MBA or Engineering degree.
• Domain Knowledge:Experience or understanding of banking systems and third-party APIs (advantageous).
• Strong skills in articulating and defining product specifications, user journeys, use cases, and edge cases.
• Flexible and adaptable with an iterative approach to product development.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for precision.
• Hands-on execution skills with the ability to deliver quickly at scale.
• Proficiency in third-party analytics tools and familiarity with large datasets; SQL skills highly valued.
• Strong research capabilities and ability to cross-pollinate practices from different industries and academia.
