Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Support & Technical Product Manager to support the full lifecycle management of commercial vehicle products, combining technical product management, homologation compliance, and sales support activities.


This role plays a key function in ensuring vehicles meet local regulatory requirements, supporting the dealer network and customers, and coordinating closely with the manufacturer, authorities, and internal teams.


The position combines technical, regulatory, and commercial responsibilities, including product management, homologation processes, vehicle configuration, and order coordination.


This person will lead a team of 2 (a homologation specialist, and a logistics specialist)


Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure vehicles comply with local regulations, approval requirements, and certification standards.
  2. Assist dealer network and service partners with vehicle body configuration and technical compliance topics.
  3. Prepare and train the sales organization and dealer network on new models, product updates, and vehicle technologies.
  4. Support the market introduction of electric trucks and monitor product lifecycle performance.
  5. Review and validate marketing materials, product documentation, and technical communications.
  6. Provide ongoing product support to dealers and customers.
  7. Deliver product training sessions for the sales team.
  8. Supervise and support the vehicle order management coordinator.
  9. Monitor production quotas and delivery timelines.
  10. Validate vehicle configurations and ensure ordered vehicles meet technical and regulatory requirements.
  11. Coordinate vehicle deliveries and handovers, including documentation preparation and registration processes.
  12. Ensure close coordination with service partners and dealerships until final delivery.


Candidate Profile

  1. University degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  2. Relevant professional experience in product management or technical sales within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
  3. Strong technical understanding of vehicles and configurations.
  4. Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including manufacturers, authorities, dealers, and customers.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Languages: Hungarian – fluent + English – professional working proficiency
