Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager with proptech industry experience to own our B2B product strategy and roadmap. This is not a tech role — we need someone who deeply understands the proptech market, knows what B2B clients need, and can write clear, detailed product specs that the engineering team can build from.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the B2B/B2C product roadmap — define what to build, why, and in what order.
  • Talk to B2B clients, understand their pain points, and translate those into product opportunities.
  • Write detailed product specs — feature requirements, user flows, acceptance criteria, and edge cases — that engineering can directly work from.
  • Prioritise features based on business impact, client demand, and market trends.
  • Work with sales and business development to align the product with what the market needs.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay on top of proptech industry trends.
  • Define success metrics for features and track product performance post-launch.
  • Gather ongoing client feedback and feed it back into the product cycle.
  • Support client onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption.


Qualifications


  • Prioir experience in real estate /proptech is must.
  • 2–6 years of experience in product management with mandatory experience in the proptech or real estate technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate workflows, property management, land records, or related domains.
  • Proven ability to write clear, structured product specs — feature requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframe briefs.
  • Strong business sense — ability to identify what to build based on market need and client value.
  • Excellent communication skills — ability to work with engineering, sales, leadership, and clients.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data-informed decision making.
  • Familiarity with product tools like Jira, Notion, Confluence, Figma, or similar.


Good to Have

  • Understanding of land management, property transactions, or real estate regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with GIS, mapping, or geospatial products.
  • Experience managing B2B SaaS products.
  • Prior startup experience.
