Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and execution-driven Product Manager who can bridge the gap between business, technology, and customer needs. You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, and leadership to build products that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business impact.

This role requires someone who is technically inclined, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Gather, define, and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, business goals, and market insights.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Create and manage product roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
• Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.
• Monitor product performance through analytics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
• Prioritize features based on impact, effort, and business value.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technology-driven or fintech startup.
• Degree in Engineering from a Tier 1 institute is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, system architecture, and technical concepts.
• Ability to effectively communicate with engineering teams and understand technical trade-offs.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to make data-driven product decisions.

AI & Productivity Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong hands-on experience using Claude for product documentation, requirement gathering, brainstorming, research, and improving execution efficiency.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted product workflows and the ability to leverage modern AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Comfortable experimenting with AI to improve product discovery, user story creation, PRDs, and competitive analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in fintech, payments, lending, or consumer internet products.
• Exposure to SQL, analytics tools, and product metrics.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar product management tools.
• Strong customer-first mindset with exceptional execution capabilities.
