Position Summary

Revidd is hiring a Product Manager to own the roadmap, execution, and release management for Revidd’s core platform products. This role is accountable for translating customer needs, market insights, and business priorities into an execution-ready backlog, and ensuring predictable, high-quality releases through strong planning, cross-functional collaboration, and clear quality gates.

You will work closely with the CTO, engineering teams, solution architects, and customer-facing teams to drive end-to-end delivery—from discovery to release—while maintaining product competitiveness and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap and quarterly release plans; ensure alignment with business goals and customer priorities.

• Lead planning and execution: backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and delivery tracking.

• Translate large requirements into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and testable outcomes.

• Partner with engineering leads and solution architects to create accurate estimates, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.

• Drive release management: version planning, release notes, go/no-go readiness, and post-release monitoring/feedback loops.

• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to capture requirements, validate solutions, and prioritize requests.

• Conduct market study and competitor comparison analysis; ensure Revidd’s product remains competitive and differentiated.

• Define and enforce quality checks including UAT readiness, regression practices, and release checklists to ensure high-quality delivery.

AI-First Product Expectations

Revidd is investing in AI-based video workflows and end-customer experience improvements. The Product Manager is expected to drive an AI-first approach across the platform to simplify complex video workflows and improve outcomes for customers.

• Identify high-impact opportunities for AI enhancements across OTT, live, and playout workflows (operations, content workflows, analytics, support, personalization, and QA).

• Define AI-driven product experiences that reduce manual effort and complexity for customers, with clear success metrics.

• Partner with engineering and data/AI stakeholders to validate feasibility, define data requirements, and guide iterative delivery (MVP to scale).

• Ensure responsible implementation practices (quality, safety, privacy, and reliability) and measurable customer value.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of product management experience, with strong ownership of roadmap and end-to-end delivery.

• Experience in startup environments with high accountability and hands-on execution.

• Strong understanding of video streaming fundamentals and platform workflows (OTT, live streaming, playout).

• Proven ability to partner with engineering teams in agile execution and release delivery.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.

• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear requirements, milestones, and outcomes. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project and product tools such as Jira and/or YouTrack.

• Experience with market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning in B2B SaaS.

• Prior experience shipping AI-enabled product features or leading AI-first workflow improvements.
