About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to join our CoverMyMeds Pharmacy Team, focusing on supporting and expanding our Pharmacy Prior Authorization (PA) Network. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and managing products that remove barriers to medication access for patients. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement to enhance our Intelligent Prior Authorization solutions. The Product Manager will lead the delivery of innovative products, ensuring they meet market needs, regulatory standards, and organizational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to impact healthcare delivery positively by streamlining prior authorization processes and improving patient outcomes.

About The Role

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 4+ years of relevant product management experience
- Experience with technical product development methodologies, such as Agile
- Healthcare industry experience, particularly in pharmaceuticals, pharmacy, or EHR systems (preferred)
- Strong presentation and communication skills with executive presence
- Ability to analyze market dynamics and competitive landscape
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance related to healthcare products
- Experience in strategic planning, prioritization, and go-to-market strategies
- Analyze industry trends and market research to formulate proactive product strategies
- Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams to define value propositions and market positioning for Prior Authorization solutions
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of products by coordinating with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and quality standards
- Manage the product backlog by creating detailed user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing features based on business value and technical feasibility
- Engage stakeholders across teams to foster diverse perspectives, effective communication, and collaborative execution of strategies
- Define and communicate the rationale behind product directions and business needs to the broader team, promoting engagement and innovation
- Identify co-innovation opportunities within the Prior Authorization network to develop minimum viable products (MVPs)
- Prioritize initiatives within the product portfolio, resolve conflicts, and participate in de-conflicting processes with leadership
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure products meet all regulatory and legal standards
