Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead high-impact digital initiatives focused on enhancing both in-store and online customer experiences. This role will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization, while collaborating across engineering, design, and business teams to ensure product success.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Leadership:

Lead multiple high-impact projects aimed at digitizing customer journeys and improving in-store and online customer experiences.

Product Development & Execution:

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product development, from ideation and requirement gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.
Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product features and roadmaps.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Conduct product walkthroughs, sprint planning, and regular status reviews to align development efforts with strategic objectives.
Continuously assess product performance using data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborated with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and seamless user experiences.

Customer Insight & Research:

Conducted market research and gathered customer feedback to guide product prioritization and feature enhancements.

Data-Driven Optimization:

Monitored product performance and leveraged analytics to iteratively improve product accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Agile Methodologies:

Implemented Agile frameworks to drive efficient, iterative development and adapt quickly to market changes.

Budget & Resource Management:

Managed project budgets and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery within defined financial parameters. and manage inventory across locations ensuring real-time stock accuracy.

Qualifications:

Qualified from Tier 1 institutes (IIT preferred)
8+ years of experience in product management. Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex digital products.
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficiency with product and analytics tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
