Roles & Responsibilities
Product Development & Roadmap:
- Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap for the Partner Referral App, ensuring alignment with business goals and partner needs.
- Work with technology teams to design, develop, test, and launch scalable features.
- Continuously enhance app performance, usability, and feature set based on partner feedback and analytics.
- Partner with sales, digital transformation, marketing, operations, risk, and compliance to ensure the app meets business, regulatory, and operational requirements
- Coordinate with digital onboarding and API integration teams for smooth partner journeys.
- Partner Experience Management & understand partner requirements and pain points through regular engagement and data insights.
- Drive initiatives to improve partner onboarding, product discovery, and referral conversion rates.
- Define key KPIs for app adoption, engagement, and referral success rates.
- Monitor product performance using analytics tools and implement data-driven improvements.
