We're looking for a highly driven Product Manager II / Senior Product Manager I – Revenue to own and optimize key monetization initiatives across our B2C ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully built and scaled revenue-focused consumer products, thrives in a data-driven environment, and can independently drive product initiatives from strategy to execution.
About the Role
As a PM2/SPM1 – Revenue, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, increasing conversion and monetization, and driving measurable business outcomes across our consumer products. You'll partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver high-impact product experiences that improve user engagement and maximize revenue.
This role requires strong product ownership, analytical thinking, experimentation mindset, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for revenue and monetization initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and customer lifetime value.
- Independently drive product initiatives from problem discovery and prioritization to launch and post-release optimization.
- Define product vision, roadmap, PRDs, user stories, and success metrics.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable product solutions.
- Build data-driven hypotheses and validate them through structured experimentation and A/B testing.
- Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, drop-offs, and business metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Monitor product KPIs and continuously iterate to improve monetization and user experience.
- Collaborate with Analytics teams to define dashboards and measure product performance.
- Balance user experience with business objectives to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging monetization strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years (PM2) or 6–9 years (SPM1) of Product Management experience.
- Proven experience managing B2C consumer products with a strong focus on Revenue, Growth, Monetization, Pricing, Subscription, or Payments.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex product initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Strong experience working with product analytics, user funnels, and business metrics.
- Hands-on experience running A/B tests, feature experiments, pricing experiments, or conversion optimization initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to translate customer insights and business goals into impactful product experiences.
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
