What Will You Be Doing
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy for Domestic Hotels, aligning initiatives with growth, revenue, and customer experience goals.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle - from strategy and roadmap to feature launches and post-launch optimization.
- Own and optimize scalable product systems to improve funnel efficiency, conversion, retention, and the post-sales consumer experience.
- Design seamless, high-impact experiences for consumers and accommodation partners across frontend and backend platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Revenue, Category, Supply, Design, and Technology—to deliver cohesive, high-impact product solutions.
- Leverage data, insights, and experimentation to solve core user and business problems at scale.
- Drive product adoption and engagement by applying deep empathy for customers and partners and iterating on the product experience.
- Lead product releases in collaboration with Engineering, Design, and QA to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Define, track, and optimize key product KPIs across acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue to maximize business impact.
- Continuously analyze market trends, customer feedback, and post-launch performance to refine the product roadmap and drive growth.
- Engineering or Management graduate from a reputed institute with 3–6 years of experience in a product management role for a consumer-facing, technology enabled business or product.
- Product Management experience in B2C ecommerce product environment, good communication and stakeholder management skills is a must-have for this role
- Passion for data and an exceptional ability to solve complex problems.
- High ownership and end-to-end problem-solving, with a strong knack for understanding consumer problems and a commitment to solving them.
- Strong technological know-how, with an understanding of how technology impacts the product roadmap and development.
- Business-oriented mindset, consistently thinking about ROI, revenue, and overall business impact.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with business management, engineering, and UI/UX teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with complex datasets using standard data analysis tools and techniques (proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL querying).
- Prior experience with Google Analytics/Omniture will be an added advantage.
